APPLICATION METHOD

PREPARATION:

Concrete needs at least 28 Days to be fully cured.

Etch the floor or Grind it.

To acid wash, Dilute one third Hydrochloridric acid with water,

Add Acid to the water tank,

Pour on floor, Use broom to spread it out,

Wash it by high pressure washer after 5 Min.

Apply PRIMIT when the floor is dried, Use 12 mm nap roller.

4 litre PRIMIT KIT IS ENOUGH FOR NORMAL

DOUBLE GARAGE & NORMAL CONCRETE

Follow the ratio, Mix thoroughly by Mixer, Pot life is two hours,

Cut edges and corners first.

EPOXY PRIMER, Needs to be applied on bare concrete as a thin layer to penetrate and bite the concrete.

It needs 8 hours to dry.

Inspect the floor, Needs to be fully dried.

Patch Cavities and Cracks by Builderpox & Filler blade, Needs 3 hours to dry.

ONE 16 Litre KIT,INDOPOX COVERS 80 Sqm ONE COAT.

Make it half and apply two coats.

Apply First Coat by roller, Use 12 mm nap roller

Follow the ratio, Mix Part A & Part B thoroughly by Mixer or Drill Move paddle mixer vertically,
Pot life is 30 Minutes, Make sure everything is ready to apply.
Tape all skirting and doors to protect from Epoxy Splash.
Mix Small Batch, Use Scale, Mix by Weigh not Volume.
Start by 5 Kg Part A & 1 Kg Part B
Cut edges and corners first by baby roll or brush.
Pour on Floor, Use Squeege to spread it out, apply by 270 mm roller, Check not to leave any lines or spot behind.
Needs 8 hours to dry and walk on.
Interval is between 8 to 72 hours.

Apply Second Coat by roller, Use 12 mm nap roller

Follow the ratio, Mix thoroughly by Mixer, Pot life 30 Min.
Mix Small Batch, Use Scale, Mix by Weigh not Volume.
Cut edges and corners first.
Pour on Floor, Use Squeege to spread it out, apply by 270 mm roller, Check not to leave any line behind. Needs 24 hours to walk on.
Needs 7 days to be fully cured

Do not wet the area at least for seven days depends on the weather condition.
