SOFTFEEL PU-320 is our highly UV-resistant two-component polyurethane coating that excels as an indoor and outdoor appliance coating. It is the soft-touch two-component urethane paint on the planet! Ultra soft to the touch, it feels like expensive suede or soft leather but offers the tough-as-nails performance of an automotive-grade two-component urethane finish. It can be applied as a clear translucent topcoat over a wide variety of substrates and basecoats to produce a lustrous full matte finish. Or, mix with our tint to create a tinted full-coverage mono coat (black and white are popular favorites!). This product carries full test approvals from some of the largest general industrial clients on earth. It is used on automotive interiors, expensive furniture, computer peripherals, hairdryers, and even aviation dashboards.
SOFTFEEL PU-320 instantly transforms hard surfaces into sensational new textures that feel like Velvet, silk, or even Rubber! Use it on door handles & side panels, drawer knobs & pulls, furniture armrests, tool & appliance handles, and virtually any surface that paint will stick to. SOFTFEEL has very strong bonding properties. It is very durable and resistant to water, oil, and grease, that is making it perfect for kitchen cabinets, furniture, and appliances. SOFTFEEL PU-320 is also resistant to mold, mildew, fungus, corrosion, weathering, and abrasion, making it the ideal coating for someone looking to protect their needs for years to come. SOFTFEEL can be applied easily with a roller or brush, but spray is recommended. Color is tinted to match any design your home or workplace is going for. Most paint finishes look fine but feel like paint: hard, cold and a bit plasticky under your hand. On a handle, an armrest or a cabinet door that gets touched a hundred times a day, the feel matters as much as the look.
Softfeel PU-320 is a two-pack polyurethane that cures to a soft-touch matte finish, somewhere between suede and soft rubber. It goes on clear over a basecoat to change the feel without changing the colour, or mixed with our tint as a full-coverage single coat. Black and white are the most popular. Once cured it shrugs off water, oil and grease. It’s aliphatic, so it won’t yellow in sunlight and can go outdoors as well as in.

One litre covers about 4 m² per coat at 200 µm dry, so an 8 L kit does roughly 32 m² in one coat. Porous timber and open-grain surfaces soak up more on the first coat, so seal them first and allow extra.

Clean off all grease, wax and polish. Sand glossy surfaces to a dull, even scratch and wipe off the dust. Prime bare timber with Primit and bare metal with Prime-Kote. Soft-touch finishes show every speck of dust and every fingerprint of grease underneath, so prep is where this job is won or lost.
