How to paint the roof like a professional?

Cement tile roof

• Wash the roof
• Use high pressure washer
• Try with 2500 PSI high pressure washer, if removed all fungal and mildew continue.
• Make sure no water leakage to the ceiling.
• Don’t wash back to top!
• Use 1/3 diluted hydrochloride acid to remove fungal and mildew if they are stubborn.
• Let dry the roof
• Use pointing to repair any tiles, cracks, broken edges.
• Apply PRIMIT HB2O if the tiles are pitted or flaky.
• Depends on tile surface you can apply 2 or 3 coats PRIMIT HB2O to build up the tiles and approach even surface.

PRIMIT HB2O is a high build primer with certain viscosity to penetrate and build up the tiles for better bonding with the top coat.

• Apply EXTOPA as a first coat to fully covered.

EXTOPA is a high solid paint and designed to last long on roof tiles.

• You need to apply two coats to cover it up.
• Use 2000 PSI airless spray.
• Use 519 tips for better finish and wide angel to spray faster.
• You can thin it down up to 10 % with water
• Interval is 2 hours to 72 hours
